TRADITIONAL 2D SOUNDER

The traditional sounder uses 50Khz and 200Khz frequencies, with 600w of power. Theaccuracy with which the sounderdetects is determined by thefrequency according to the depth you are exploring.

• The200kHz frequency is optimal at depthsofless than 60meters, and provides anaccuratedisplayeven when the vessel ismoving at high speed. Theimage is moredetailed, enablingdetection ofvery smallobjects.

• The 50kHz frequency is preferable at greater depths, up to 150m. Beam width is narrower than at 200khz, but allows deeper sounding.

Best of all ,bothfrequencies can bedisplayed on a splitscreen.

DOWNVISION TECHNOLOGY

Axiom 12 RV has numerous connections. You can connect it to a radar antenna, a FLIR thermal camera, a VHF, an AIS, but you can also turn it into a real navigation center by integrating all your instruments and Evolution autopilot.

Finally, Axiom 12 RV can also support any other NMEA2000 sensor.
