The NSPL-400 VHF antenna splitter from Simrad is an essential accessory for using your existing VHF antenna and connecting it to your NAIS400 AIS module from Simrad. To use both AIS and VHF, you need two antennas. One antenna for VHF communication and one antenna for the AIS transponder. With this add-on module, you only need one antenna for both devices.
