In contrast to the basic VHF antenna splitter, the SPL1500 is a certified zero-loss active VHF antenna splitter, ensuring smooth operation of the VHF radio and AIS system.

ACTIVE VHF ANTENNA SPLITTER

The box has three simple connections. One for connecting the main VHF antenna and two outputs: one for an AIS receiver/transponder and the other for a VHF DSC radio.

Thanks to zero-loss certification , the SPL1500 ensures the best possible reception and transmission for all devices.

Most importantly, the SPL1500 has a safety feature that allows the VHF antenna to continue operating should the SPL1500 fail.
