🔙 Returning an item:

You may return goods (at your expense) within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in its original packaging, unopened and unused.

It's easy to make your return request:

  1. Log in to your customer account
  2. Open a Ticket and indicate the reason
  3. Receive return instructions
  4. Pack, ship and you're reimbursed

📥 Exchange an item:

Your order has just been delivered and you've ordered the wrong product. No problem.

We've also planned ahead at Comptoir Nautique to process your exchange request as quickly as possible:

  1. Log in to your customer account
  2. Open a Ticket by selecting "I want to exchange the item"
  3. Our friendly staff member Cécile will deal with your request promptly.
