IP68 submersible bilge pumps

IP68 submersible bilge pumps are pumps designed to be immersed in the bilge water of a ship, and to operate in conditions of high humidity and contamination. Their IP (International Protection) level is 68, which means they are designed to be protected against prolonged immersion in water, and against the ingress of dust and solid foreign bodies. These submersible bilge pumps are generally fitted with sealed electric motors and stainless steel bodies to resist corrosion and abrasion. They are often used on commercial and transport vessels to discharge bilge water safely and efficiently, but also for swimming pools and fountains.
