GPSMAP 8400/8600 series devices support full-screen or split-screen display of videos from the most popular connected devices, thanks to this HDMI cable from 4.5m (15 ft.) and HDCP-compatible HDMI input port.
This means you can stream audio and video from HDMI-connected devices to portable devices, including cell phones and tablets connected via an external adapter or dongle. To play audio content on a stereo, you'll normally need an NMEA audio cable (sold separately). You can also transmit HD images and sound from your plotter screen to an additional display or TV via a second HDMI cable.
If you're using it with a computer for touch-control access, use a USB cable(sold separately). To connect to DVI-D devices, use an adapter or a standard DVI-to-HDMI cable (sold separately).
