With the addition of NFC (near field communication), you'll be able to use the Ocean Signal application on your smartphone, monitor battery status or perform tests to make sure the beacon works perfectly.

The Ocean Signal EPIRB3 RescueMe distress beacon is supplied with a category 2 manual release mounting bracket .

This support will enable you to install the EPIRB3 safely and allow quick, easy release of the beacon in case of emergency.

The EPIRB3 Ocean Signal beacon triggered manually using a button Protected by a cover to prevent tampering and false distress calls.

There is also a version with automatic triggering, the EPIRB3 Pro.
