The Helix 5 G2 DI from Humminbird is an easy-to-use 5" color sounder with unrivalled value for money. It features 2D sounder and Down Imaging for a near-photographic image of the bottom.

HUMMINBIRD - HELIX 5 G2 DI - UNRIVALLED VALUE FOR MONEY

The Helix 5 G2 DI from Humminbird features a 5" sunlight-readable panoramic color display with LED backlighting. It's a fishfinder, so you'll be able to read all the information you need for fishing.

The Helix 5's integrated sounder (200 KHz/ 2 x 455kHz / 800kHz) provides both excellent bottom relief accuracy and fish detection for an optimum range of 200m.

This device is equipped with Humminbird Dual Beam probe technology. This provides a sharper echo-sounder image and better bottom detection. The sounder will take you down to 150m with a good image on the sunlight display.


	TRADITIONAL 2D CHIRP SOUNDER The traditional sounder function uses high-frequency CHIRP coverage on a wider beam than usual, enabling optimum detection down to 100m without any problems. With CHIRP technology, you benefit from: Denser information and a sharper, high-resolution image Better target separation and sharper rendering of fish arches Improved bottom tracking and fish detection even at high speed

DOWN IMAGING TECHNOLOGY Thanks to this function, you get ultra-precise definition of bottom structures and sharp, precise views of anything submerged vertically above the boat: trees, bushes, bridge piers, rocks and any other structure will appear in as much detail as if you were swimming in the water. The images provided by Down Imaging software are created using high-frequency waves emitted in narrow beams. The return of these waves reconstitutes on the sounder an image of the bottom present beneath the boat like a snapshot photograph.
