FURUNO - FCV628 - THE FISHFINDER THAT IDENTIFIES THE SEABED
The FCV628 from Furuno is a 5.7" color fishfinder with 640 x 480 pixels. Its bright VGA display provides excellent brightness even in direct sunlight. The FCV628 is equipped with a 600W power supply, compatible with 50/200kHz frequencies for perfect detection at both shallow and deep depths.
REZBOOST FUNCTION
RezBoost is FURUNO's latest signal processing technology. It enhances resolution and discrimination with conventional probes. This feature simplifies the discrimination of each echo in a school of fish and helps to distinguish foraging fish from predators. Spot individual fish when they are close to the bottom. |
ACCU-FISH FUNCTIONIdeal for instant recognition of one or more fish. ACCU-FISH is a fish size evaluation function. In order to evaluate fish size, echo returns are evaluated according to strength and converted into a fish size display on screen. ACCU-FISH can detect fish sizes from around 10cm to 200cm, at depths ranging from around 2 meters to over 100 meters. The fish symbols, displayed in two different sizes (large: over 50cm)(small: under 50cm), are a great help to anglers when identifying individual fish. |
WHITE LINE FUNCTIONThe white line function helps to distinguish fish close to the bottom. The upper edge of the seabed is displayed in white (other colors selectable), allowing clear differentiation between soil, seaweed and fish close to the bottom. |
SEABED IDENTIFICATIONThe seabed discrimination mode indicates whether the seabed is mainly rock, gravel, sand or mud. This provides valuable information to help you locate the best fishing spots. Please note the following when using the bottom discrimination mode:
