The VHF RT 1050 AIS is a VHF with an AIS receiver and a bidirectional NMEA2000 port. Thanks to its large 4.3" touchscreen , it'seasy and intuitive to use. The VHF also incorporates a GPS antenna .

NAVICOM - VHF RT 1050 N2K AIS - RELIABLE AND POWERFUL

This model is a DSC VHF with NMEA2000 input and output. This makes it possible to communicate between marine equipment and manage your main navigation equipment (sounder, GPS, windvane...).

This version of the VHF also includes an AIS receiver for receiving AIS vessel identification signals . You'll be able to monitor marine traffic around your boat on your screen. This feature also warns you when a boat is getting too close to yours (TCPA and CPA collision alarms).

	A LARGE, EASY-TO-USE SCREEN Use the huge 100 x 55 mm touchscreen of the VHF RT 1050 AIS. This device offers great visibility and brightness , even in direct sunlight. Handling the VHF RT 1050 AIS is very simple and intuitive. It's very easy to select the many functions available on the device, thanks to small icons specific to the information circulating on the NMEA 2000 network. You'll find information on wind direction and strength, as well as parameters for optimizing sail trim. What's more, the NMEA 2000 standard enables you to communicate with your marine equipment and manage your main navigation instruments (GPS, sounder, windvane, anemometer, log....). Unlike the NMEA 0183 standard, the NMEA 2000 standard enables high-speed links between devices.

AN INTEGRATED AIS RECEIVER The RT1050 AIS fixed VHF features a dual-channel AIS receiver that monitors the position of nearby AIS-equipped vessels , helping you avoid collisions in crowded harbors and waterways. There are two collision alarms , TCPA & CPA. AIS information can be viewed on the VHF's built-in display. It can also be broadcast to your compatible GPS chart or radar display via the NMEA connection. Finally, it features MOB AIS (EIPRB & SART AIS) compatibility . This enables you to receive a distress signal from someone with a personal distress beacon.

	AN INTELLIGENT HANDSET This smart handset gives you access to the shortcut channel 9/16. You can also change the power from 1W to 25W. You can add an external GPS antenna to considerably improve GPS reception and position .
