Can-I cancel my order on Comptoir Nautique?
Yes, you can cancel your order at any time prior to shipment. You can contact our customer service department by telephone to request a cancellation or modification. (Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm)
Can-be paid in instalments on Comptoir Nautique?
We offer several payment plans with our partner Oney Bank:
- Payment in 3 or 4 instalments: available for purchases from €100 up to €3,000,
- 10 to 60 instalments: available for purchases from €500 up to €20,000
Payments in instalments are available in France and in the DOM-TOM.
Please note that charges apply for these multi-payment facilities. The exact amount of the charges is communicated to you via the "simulate" option before order validation.
What if my order has already been shipped?
If your order has already been shipped, you cannot cancel it. You will have to follow the return and cancellation procedure once-your order has been received.
Following a return, when will-I be reimbursed?
We will refund the amount of your order within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. The refund will be made to the payment method you used to place your order. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
