Sleipner Side-Power's SX100 stern thruster features simplified transom mounting. Particularly suitable for twin-engine propulsion systems with subframes, thanks to the deflectors. ISO 8846-compliant watertight housing for installation with gasoline propulsion.

With 100 - 116 kg thrust and ignition protection, you get a safe, reliable thruster for gasoline-powered boats between 12 and 17 m in length.

The SX100 uses special hoods to ensure reliable performance by diverting the flow of water away from the sterndrive subbase. The unit comes pre-assembled, wired and sealed in a watertight box, and requires only a small hole in the boat's transom to attach power and control cables.

IPC control system (Intelligent Power Control)

Improves thruster reliability and safety. In the event of blockage during operation, the thruster is automatically stopped.

Sealed gearleg

Models are supplied with the gearleg pre-filled with oil. The propeller shaft is sealed with a ceramic/graphite mechanical seal for maximum reliability.

Twin Counter: Counter-rotation

Two counter-rotating propellers provide maximum thrust, while maintaining good performance in relation to diameter. We use this type of propeller on our biggest thrusters. For maximum power.

Q-prop

5-blade propellers with asymmetrical profile (skew). These new propellers deliver a thrust gain of around 5%, while reducing noise levels.

Galvanic Separation

The submerged baseplate is electrically isolated from the motor to reduce the risk of corrosion.

Watertight housing Conforms to ISO 8846 for installation with petrol propulsion.
