INTUITIVE 9" MULTITOUCH DISPLAY

L'Multifunction display Simrad NSX 3009 has a multitouch display. The "NEON" application system is based on Android and users will easily find their bearings in a familiar system.

By having a experience similar to that of their smartphone, whether it's a tablet, a car screen or a PC, the NSX is easy to use, fluid and quick to pick up, just like an everyday device.

ACTIVE IMAGING SOUNDER

Visit NSX is the first screen model Simrad from mid-range (between SimradCruise and the NSS) to have a traditional 1kW sonar (1000W). The NSX also offers a high-resolution Active Imaging sounder up to 300 feet below and to the sides of the boat when combined with the appropriate probe.

Visit active Imaging 3in1 probe offers 3 sounder technologies:

• 2D CHIRP you'll be able to see the fish under the boat. The NSX's quick-access buttons let you pause, rewind and zoom so you never miss your targets.
• DownScan Imaging this is more for prospecting purposes, with a clear, detailed view of the nature of the seabed, rock heads, seagrass beds... useful for anchoring your vessel, for example.
• SideScan Imaging (or Structure Scan)The "I'll show you what's happening on the sides of the boat" section.

The NSX's integrated CHIRP sounder lets you connect a 1kW single-channel CHIRP probe. For example, choosea B175L (Low) for deep sea fishing, an M (Medium) version for intermediate depths or an H version for shallow water fishing (0 to 100m).

The 1st version of the software will enable NSX to share sonar with other NSX devices, as well as connect to external sonar modules such as SonarHub and S5100.

HALO RADAR COMPATIBILITY

Speed cameras Halo Dome and Open Array (rotating beam radars) are supported by NSX handsets. Several radars are supported at the same time.

Identify hazards immediately and see near and far simultaneously what's going on around you on your NSX screen.

Navigate with confidence in congested ports, stay safe even in poor visibility, monitor weather conditions from a distance and spot swarms of birds indicating the best waters for fishing.

MFD interface Simrad NSX offers different modes of use for novice and experienced sailors alike as well as a palette of quick-access tools: VelocityTrack, guard zone, target monitoring, etc. Control your radar parameters at your fingertips.

C-MAP MAPPING

The NSX is a complete chartplotter, supporting C-MAP Discover X and Reveal X into a micro SD slot on the rear of the device.

Reveal X boards allow overlay display of satellite imagery, the background relief ,, shaded relief (or shading). This colors the seabed by following the relief, allowing boaters to see the dangers and know the nature of the seabed.

Easily define and save your destinations with a easy waypoint management touch waypoints to select, move or rename them.

Autorouting allows you to define a point on the map, and then use the information previously entered in your NSX (size, draft, air draft, tidal info, speed), this one will accurately calculate the route the safest way to reach the point.
