The SWIFT RL headlamp is a rechargeable headlamp with a 2250 mAh battery featuring REACTIVE LIGHTING technology, which adjusts the beam intensity based on ambient light. Delivering up to 1,200 lumens, its lightweight and ergonomic design—with a two-part headband for optimal fit—is ideal for outdoor sports activities. This headlamp has 2 modes and 3 brightness levels. It charges via micro USB and displays the charge level via a light indicator.

SWIFT RL REACTIVE LIGHTING LUMINOSITY SENSORThanks to REACTIVE LIGHTING technology, the headlamp analyzes ambient light to automatically adjust brightness. In reactive mode, it flashes dimly for two minutes before turning off to conserve battery life. Battery life in REACTIVE LIGHTING mode depends on usage; it is recommended to use Standard Lighting mode for activities where you pick up speed (cycling, skiing, etc.) to prevent the light from turning off automatically. In Reactive Lighting mode, your light’s brightness may vary significantly depending on the environment and the activities you’re doing. Be sure to adjust your lighting (mode and brightness) according to your activity. |
2 modes and 3 brightness levelsThe Swift RL " Petzl " headlamp offers 2 lighting modes (REACTIVE LIGHTING and STANDARD LIGHTING) and 3 levels for each mode (MAX BURN TIME, STANDARD, MAX POWER), allowing you to adapt to any type of activity. When you turn on your headlamp, it automatically switches to REACTIVE LIGHTING mode. When you switch from one mode to another, the brightness level remains the same.

BATTERY AND RUNTIMEThe Petzl SWIFT RL headlamp is equipped with a 250 mAh rechargeable lithium---ion battery, offering excellent runtime. It can be easily recharged via a Type-B micro-USB port, with a charging time of 5 hours. A built-in charging indicator light lets you monitor the battery’s charge level. The headlamp flashes five minutes before switching to reserve mode, indicating that there is approximately 2 hours of light remaining. In reserve mode, the light output is reduced and suitable for walking, but insufficient for dynamic activities. LOCK mode prevents accidental activation during handling or storage. |
