The SIONYX Nightwave Digital is an ultra-low-light marine night vision camera designed for direct digital integration. Based on SIONYX's black silicon CMOS sensor, it enables safe navigation in total darkness by broadcasting a clear, detailed video stream. It can detect a human-sized object up to 300 meters away, and a ship up to 4 km away, transforming night-time navigation into a safe experience.
Designed for modern marine networks, Nightwave Digital offers total flexibility: it broadcasts its high-definition video stream simultaneously to your multifunction displays (MFDs ) via Ethernet and to your mobile devices via Wi-Fi. DUAL DISTRIBUTION: WI-FI AND NETWORKIn addition to its wired connection, the Nightwave Digital features Wi-Fi. This enables the image to be broadcast directly to the SIONYX iOS and Android app for smartphones and tablets. This dual broadcast allows the captain to monitor the route on his MFD while a crew member uses a tablet elsewhere on the ship. The mobile app also makes it easy to manage camera settings, carry out updates and configure the image (brightness, contrast) to perfectly match navigation conditions. |
