(no need for your letter carrier to visit your home beforehand) Once the parcel has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within 72 hours, and you will be informed of its availability by SMS and e-mail. 	Relay pickup Choose a retailer near your home, workplace or vacation destination from whom you would like your parcel delivered. Once the parcel has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within 72 hours, and you will be informed of its availability by SMS and e-mail. You can collect it within 10 working days. 	Pickup locker Choose one of our 500 automatic pickup locations to have your parcel delivered. Located on your route (train station, metro, parking lot, shopping malls, etc.), they are accessible 24/7 (except for lockers subject to the opening hours of shopping malls and transport zones). Once the parcel has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within 72 hours. You will be informed of the availability of your parcel by SMS and e-mail. The latter will specify your collection codes, allowing you to collect your parcel within 3 working days. 	Home delivery Colissimo offers direct home delivery up to 30kg. Your parcel is hand-delivered or delivered to your letterbox. If the size of your parcel does not allow it to be delivered to a letterbox, it will be made available to you at your local post office. You can collect it within 10 working days.
