ZoneTrack

• Automatically detects and tracks radar targets within a defined area. Tracks up to 50 boats in a defined area, automatically detecting their course and speed

VelocityTrack

• Instantly identifies and checks each radar target; color-coding provides clear visualization.

Dangerous target alert

• Alerts you to the distance, bearing and course of other boats in relation to your own. Dangerous target alerts for radar and AIS targets.

Predefined modes

• Harbour, Offshore, Weather and Bird modes optimize radar parameters for specific situations.

Target tracking

• Simultaneous short-, medium- and long-range detection of multiple objects and tracking history.

Target monitoring

• Allows you to manually select specific radar targets, which are then tracked on the radar's PPI.

The radar Simrad Halo 3000 features a powerful Bird+ mode. It projects a wider beam than ever before. This new Bird+ mode concentrates the radar's 130 watts of power on finding birds, by detecting clouds up to 8 NM distance.

This feature enables sport fishing enthusiasts to locate flocks of birds from a distance, and thus reach the most abundant fishing grounds in their region.
