WIFI NETWORK

iAISTX creates a secure, password-protected local Wi-Fi network on board your boat, enabling you to send AIS and GPS data to PC/Mac/Linux software and iOS and Android applications such as Navionics, Weather4D, SailGrib, iNavX, iSailor, OpenCPN, TimeZero and more.

With these software and apps, you can overlay AIS targets on your maps in real time , and up to 7 devices can be connected to the iAISTX's WiFi at the same time.

Depending on the application, you can click on a target to obtain more detailed information, and some applications can even calculate CPA and TCPA collision alarms.

IAISTX PROGRAMMINGAIS

In order to transmit boat data, a AIS transponder must be programmed once with the boat's identity and physical dimensions.

This programming is done via a simple web interface that can be accessed from a PC, tablet or even a smartphone by connecting to the iAISTX WiFi network.

This same web interface can also be used to stop transmission AIS , to change the name and password of the WiFi network, or even to join an existing WiFi network.

iAISTX Plus: NMEA 2000 network

The iAISTX Plus version also features a NMEA 2000 interface (NMEA 2000 cable included), enabling it to connect to the NMEA 2000 network and broadcast AIS targets in real time to chartplotters and multifunction displays .

The WiFi network only transmits AIS and GPS data. The NMEA 2000 interface is only used to transmit AIS and GPS data to the NMEA 2000 network.

Antenna Digital Yacht GV30 AIS/VHF & GPS

The GV30 Digital Yacht antenna features 10 m coaxial cables with FME mini-connectors, allowing for smooth cable routing thanks to the small difference in size between the cable and the coaxial cable. There are also 2 TNC and BNC adapters .

Despite its compact dimensions of 190 mm in height and 75 mm in diameter, the GV30 antenna offers outstanding performance thanks to its specific tuning to the AIS frequency of 162 MHz .
