SIMRAD - FORWARDSCAN LS - FORWARD SOUNDER

The ForwardScan sounder from Simrad is a through-hull sounder to be installed at the bow of the boat to navigate with confidence and avoid running aground in shallow or poorly charted water. Combined with a multifunction display Simrad such as NSS Evo-2 / Evo-3 and Evo-3S on the Ethernet socket, this probe will give you a clear two-dimensional picture of the bottom ahead of your boat.

	EASY TO INSTALL AND USE Designed for boats of all sizes, the transducer can be installed on almost any vessel with a through-hull mount. The transducer operates at 180Hz to minimize interference from other 200Hz probes, enabling it to be used with existing fish/depth finder probes. The ForwardSan® long-stem probe includes a stainless steel through-hull fitting and a specially designed hull shoe for hulls up to 47.6mm in thickness and up to 28° slope. An integrated self-closing check valve prevents water ingress when servicing the ForwardScan®, which can be removed from the through-hull when the boat is in the water.
