Hello, I liked the telephone reception, the seriousness of the correspondence and receipt of the package. I ordered a lowrance x-4 portable fishfinder in stock, unfortunately I could not get it as planned, immediately they contacted me to report the situation with a detailed and personalized explanation and slightly postponed my delivery date. Previously (misadventure) I had ordered this model on a large Spanish site T. among others....ein, they had me on the run for more than 4 weeks with reminders from me, automatic replies from them without any logic, then on the phone to tell me in the end that it was lowrance's fault, that I shouldn't have ordered this model but to change it, then they sent me the rest of my order without any serious apology.....super commercial spirit:-( Finally I found the comptoir nautique site who have won a client for sure:-)
