5-way amplifier - XDM 1000/5 subwoofer - 1000W

Suitable for car or boat installations, the XDM1000/5 is built with marine-grade materials and features an exclusive dual-mode input crossover for noise-free performance in boats or cars. Automatic power-up capability (via signal detection or DC offset detection) is also integrated to facilitate factory system upgrades.

The XDM1000/5 includes a 12 dB/octave high-pass-filter for one pair of main channels, a 12 dB/octave high-pass-or bandpass-filter for the other pair of main channels, and a variable-slope low-pass-filter for its subwoofer channel. All three filters offer continuously variable cutoff frequency selection from 50 to 500 Hz. This amplifier's filters can also be configured as a true 3-way crossover, with a-low-pass filter for the subwoofer channel, a-bandpass filter on Ch. 3 & 4, and a-high-pass filter on Ch. 1 & 2. A "x10" multiplier switch on Ch. 1 & 2's high-pass-filter lets you set its cutoff frequency from 50 to 500 Hz or from 500 to 5,000 Hz. With the addition of an optional HD-RLC or MHD-RLC (water-resistant) remote level controller (each sold separately), you can adjust the level of all amplifier channels or just the subwoofer channel directly from the driver's seat or helm.

Finished in an elegant black powder coating, all controls are protected under a removable top cover with gasket for easy access.
