The VX1 300W electric windlass offers low noise levels, appreciable lightness and compatibility with mixed or integral chain mooring.

The VX1 comes with a 300W, 12V gearmotor, no headstock and a 6mm spool.

The VX1 windlasses feature worm gear motor technology combining metal and composite. They also feature a mixed stainless steel chain-and-rope sprocket which is 15% lighter and more resistant than other sprockets.

They also feature a helical-wheel gearbox for extra strength.

The VX1 12V 300W vertical windlass is available in four different versions:

VX1BS123006 : VX1 12V 300W 6mm vertical windlass without headstock
VX1BS123008 : VX1 12V 300W 8mm vertical windlass without headstock
VX1BC123006 : VX1 12V 300W 6mm vertical windlass with headstock
VX1BC123008 : VX1 12V 300W 8mm vertical windlass with headstock

VX SERIES WINDLASSES: LIGHTER, STRONGER AND MORE EFFICIENT

The VX range is the result of a development program by Lewmar which makes these windlasses lighter, stronger and more efficient than other products on the market.

They also feature a pre-installed chain counter and manual clutch.

The IP67-rated gearmotor withstands marine conditions, and the relay is directly integrated. What's more, installation of the windlass is facilitated by the motor 's flexible orientation.
