LEWMAR - GEARED MOTOR + RELAY FOR CPX2 AND V2 24V WINDLASSES
The IP56 gearmotor is designed for use inmarine conditions . The IP rating (Index of Protection ) is an international standard which means that it is totally waterproof to dust but in limited quantities with number "5 " and to water with number"6" but not against prolonged immersion , nor will it require maintenance due to its resistance to these elements.
It also features a solid composite casing and a waterproof grommet included in the pack.
The pack also includes a 24V relay to transmit the power required to raise or lower the anchor. The box receives the signal from the windlass controls , which can be buttons , switches or even remote controls . This enables the motor to be operated without the risk of overheating or short-circuiting the mechanism.
The relay consists of remote switches , which are electromagnetic switches enclosed in a special, abrasion-resistant casing .
The geared motor is available in three different versions:
- 68001044 : geared motor + relay for CPX2 and V2 24V windlasses
- 68001046 : geared motor + relay for windlasses CPX3 and V3 24V
- 68001082 : geared motor + relay for windlasses CPX4 and V4 24V
