12V 120A Separator Lift Charger

The Euro 6 standard drastically limits emissions of nitrogen oxides and hydrocarbons.

This standard represents a major step forward, since it divides by 2 the maximum authorized emissions of these gases (mainly on diesels).

To achieve this, engine manufacturers are equipping their engines with intelligent alternators (blue motion, ECU, Start and Stop). The alternator recharges the starter battery (which is very fast) and then stops producing current by lowering its voltage (which slightly limits diesel consumption and thus helps reduce emissions).

Consequence : a low voltage imposed on the service battery means it can no longer be recharged.

The solution is the Separator Lift Charger, specifically developed to raise this low voltage and provide the service fleet with a suitable charging profile.
