Sailboat rescue safety knife for racing and pleasure boats

A rescue and emergency knife for sea and mountain professionals, the SMJ AW RESCUE is specially designed for cutting ropes (including hawsers or very large-diameter towing lines). It's a knife to have close at hand in case of emergency.

The blade is made of 3 mm thick 420 steel for leverage, with a sheepfoot profile (no point) to limit the risk of injury and tire punctures.

Very specific HPA teeth: wide (easy to sharpen) and very flat (high cutting power). Teflon coating protects against corrosion and enhances blade glide when cutting large cross-sections.

Integrated dismantler, notched on the back of the blade to prevent thumb slippage. A very flat knife with particularly studied ergonomics and a secure grip.
