Extasy Glue for PVC

SURFACE AND CONTOUR

• Before you start gluing your Plug&Go patch or support, make sure the 2 surfaces to be glued (pad and float tube) are clean and dry, and free from dust or grease.
• Trace the outline of your patch with a pencil and protect it with painter's tape

Caution: Glue and materials to be bonded must not be used at temperatures below +18°C.
Glue exposed to low temperatures must be thoroughly mixed and tempered to a temperature of 18 - 30°C minimum 72 hours before use.

BONDING MATERIALS

1. Apply a thin, even film of adhesive to the two materials to be joined.
2. Wait at least 10 min. The glue on both sides should become matt and no longer stick to your fingers.
3. The glue sets immediately, so make sure you're facing the right way.
4. Apply strong pressure between the Float Tube and the base to be glued.
5. Use a teaspoon to press the ends of the pad firmly together.
6. Remove the tape.

Do not store for more than 6 months at room temperature in unopened original packaging at a temperature of 15°C to 25°C. Always reseal the packaging during use to avoid thickening of the adhesive due to evaporation of solvents.
