Innovative ventilation system for the boat cabin

The Plastimo Cool'N Dry dorade box provides continuous aeration , as the air sleeve remains constantly open. Its self-closing system prevents water from entering the boat cabin in the event of heavy rain or sea breezes.

The diagram opposite explains how it works:

• The windsock always remains open. Thanks to the innovative automatic closing system, no water can enter the cabin in the event of heavy rain or heavy seas.
• The arrival of a wave or heavy rain (2) momentarily closes the flap, preventing water from entering the cabin.
• As the water evacuates (3), the flap rises again, allowing air to circulate.

It's also worth noting that the Cool'N Dry dorade box can be closed manually with a simple press of two fingers.

Designed to be placed outside on the deck of a boat (motor or sailboat), the Cool'N Dry dorade box from Plastimo is built to last.

It features sturdy, weatherproof construction . The windsock is made of PVC with UV protection.

The dorade box (base), meanwhile, is made of impact-resistant ABS with UV protection to prevent delamination and yellowing over time.
