The classic dorade box from Plastimo ensures constant ventilation of the boat cabin during navigation, anchoring and wintering. This ventilation not only keeps you cool, especially in summer, but also prevents the build-up of moisture and mould inside the boat.

The classic Plastimo dorade box is also watertight and features a system that prevents water from entering the boat cabin.


	Intelligent ventilation system for the boat cabin The classic Plastimo dorade box provides continuous ventilation of your boat's interior, while preventing water from entering in the event of heavy rain or sea breezes. Operation is simple. Air can enter through the windsock and be diffused into the cockpit, but water can't get inside the boat thanks to a raised female sleeve located at the deck hole, which allows it to drain away to the bow or stern.

A classic dorade box, solid and durable Designed to be placed outside on the deck of a boat (motor or sailboat), the classic dorade box from Plastimo is built to last. It features sturdy, weatherproof construction . The windsock is made of flexible PVC with UV protection. The dorade box (base), meanwhile, is made of rigid, impact-resistant ABS with UV protection to prevent delamination and yellowing over time.
