It features three independent burners of 1500W each, for a total power of 4500W, concealed and patented to eliminate flare-ups . The three cooking grids are covered with the most durable medical-grade non-stick coating available, and contain no PFOA. They will leave characteristic barbecue marks and are dishwasher-safe . There are also three drip trays for grease and cooking liquids located under the barbecue. These are independent and removable for easy cleaning. Finally, the lid is divided in two, each with a handle (which will not be hot when the barbecue is lit) for closing and opening.
