Perfect for enjoying the pleasures of grilling while out at sea, the Monterey II gas barbecue Magma is designed to delight 8 to 10 people , whether out at sea, on the quayside, camping or even at home.-Made in the U.S.A. from food-grade, double-walled 304 stainless steel, it's highly corrosion-resistant enough to cope with the toughest marine environments.
Various accessories (optional, not included) enable you to protect it (cover) and position it wherever you like (balcony, stand or-cane holders).
⚠️ Some ports prohibit barbecues on board boats. It's essential to check the regulations in force with your harbor master's office.

COOKING THE MAGMA MONTEREY II BARBECUE
It uses a proven, highly efficient radiant plate heat distribution system, combined with convection heating technology, to achieve high, even temperatures while using a minimum of fuel. It gets up to temperature very quickly and is ideal for searing meat, fish or vegetables.
Its optimized air/fuel burner is a completely redesigned combustion system that keeps the grill alight even in high winds.
It is complemented by a double stainless steel diffuser system for perfect heat distribution and to prevent accidental shutdowns.
The Magma Monterey 2 gas barbecue comes with a regulator for use with Camping Gaz's standard disposable propane/butane cylinders (CV270, CV270 Plus, CV470, or CV470 Plus).
It will easily adapt to existing on-board low-pressure propane/butane fuel systems.

SOLID MARINE-GRADE CONSTRUCTION
The Monterey II gas barbecue Magma is packed with features for perfect cooking:
- Folding feet
- Removabledouble sectional grids: for slow cooking or keeping warm. Easy to clean.
- Inner safety shell: reduces flare-ups
- Piezo-electronic ignition: reliable electronic ignition makes lighting the barbecue easy (using a single AAA alkaline battery included).
- Lockable grease tray: accessible from the front for easy access and grease removal.
- Lockable lid: with cushioned closure that won't slam shut, securing all internal components for transport.
- Full-length stainless steel cold handle
- Stainless steel thermometer: hermetically sealed thermometer measures temperature inside the grill to help determine cooking time.
Comptoir Nautique here are a few additional tips:
- For hygiene reasons, clean the inside and outside of the grill with a cloth the first time you use it
- Do not block the ventilation zones of the appliance
- Use outdoors only
- Keep children away from the barbecue when it is lit
