GRF 10 GARMIN: The rudder angle sensor Garmin

Connect this sensor to the GHP autopilot to obtain your rudder position. The GRF 10 uses a magnetic sensor to read the position information, eliminating the friction found with other types of sensor.

Once installed on the rudder dial, the GRF 10 enables boaters to know their rudder position at all times for all maneuvers. It is supplied with a 2m cable.

In addition, the GRF 10 enables yachtsmen to :

  • Know their rudder position without having to turn around
  • Ensure smooth maneuvers and avoid "overcompensation
  • Avoid excessive wear or damage to the actuator when it reaches its limit stop.
