The Seanox swivel rod holder is designed to be installed on the balcony with flanges for tubes with a Ø of 25 to 28 mm. This Seanox cane holder is closed with a gimbal stop for locking the cane; if the cane does not have a gimbal, it will be free to rotate in the cane holder.
