The Xtreme console control box features a dual-function throttle/reverser lever. It is mounted on the steering console console and uses two 33 C Mercury or OMC cables to connect the box to the engine and reverser.
⚠️ The control box is intended for installation in sheltered areas only (inside or under canopy).

The control unit also incorporates a neutral starting safety device, which prevents the engine from starting if the lever is not in neutral.
It also features an adjustable gas brake. This means that braking power can be modulated according to the pressure exerted on the lever.
