DEDICATED AUTOPILOT CONTROL

This steering remote control offers intuitive commands and a 1.7" screen that can be used to change course, rudder angle or manage the autopilot from anywhere on board. Adding a remote control to your system allows you to add a dedicated steering control to your fully integrated autopilot system, complementing the touchscreen controls on your multifunction display. Remote controls can also enable autopilot control from multiple stations: perfect for fly bridges and other dual helm configurations.

SERVO STEERING

Your Simrad autopilot not only keeps you on course, but also guides you from any onboard autopilot station. The FU80 offers intuitive tracking steering, using a lever that can be rotated 70 degrees to port or starboard from its mid-position. As you move the lever, your rudder moves to the corresponding angle. The lever and rudder remain in place until a new rudder angle is set. The set rudder angle is clearly indicated on the FU80's integrated display, and is also indicated by the position of the lever.

EASY INSTALLATION

This wired remote control can be mounted almost anywhere. A simple design allows flush-mount installation using the supplied accessories, or external mounting on a desk or bulkhead via an optional mounting kit. The remote control connects to your Simrad autopilot system via a single NMEA 2000® cable over your existing network, offering plug-and-play installation without complex wiring.
