The CS-NC15 refrigeration unit consists of three elements in one product: a Danfoss compressor, a ventilated evaporator and a thermostat directly integrated on the evaporator.

In the event of low voltage, the system switches off immediately.

The stainless-steel lamellar evaporator ensures excellent air circulation , while the thermostatic temperature control allows you to set the temperature whenever you want, thus saving energy.

Installation is child's play: the evaporator is already connected to the compressor, so all you have to do is cut the unit to size and fit it into your refrigerated compartment.

SIMPLE COOLING

The CS-NC15 refrigeration unit is specifically designed to be cooled by the ambient air. Here's how the system works.

1. A fan draws in ambient air through grilles on the Danfoss compressor
2. The air passes through a heat exchanger and cools the gaseous refrigerant R134a in the compressor
3. The refrigerant circulates through a condenser and releases its heat into the ambient air . This condenses the refrigerant into a high-pressure liquid
4. The refrigerant passes through an expansion valve where its pressure drops, cooling its temperature. It then becomes a very cold, low-pressure mixture of liquid and gas
5. This mixture circulates through the evaporator , which absorbs heat from the compartment, cooling the space. As it absorbs heat, the refrigerant evaporates, reverting to a low-pressure gas
6. The cycle starts again when the compressor draws in the gaseous refrigerant
