Thruster design

IPC control system (Intelligent Power Control) : Improves thruster reliability and safety. If the relay becomes stuck in the operating position, the thruster is automatically stopped.

Sealed gearleg: sealed gearleg supplied pre-filled with oil. The propeller shaft is sealed using a ceramic/graphite mechanical seal for maximum reliability.

Ignition Protection : ignition protection ensures a reliable and safe installation in areas where the thruster motor may be exposed to water or petrol vapours.

Twin Propeller : twin-propeller system providing greater thrust than a single-propeller system with the same tunnel diameter.

Q-PROP : 5-blade propeller with an asymmetric skewed profile. Provides approximately 5% more thrust while reducing noise levels.

Flexible Installation : adapts to the available space. This allows installation at any angle around the tunnel, according to the space available in your vessel.

Analogue : analogue signal cables with colour-coded Plug & Play connectors matching the wiring diagrams to ensure correct installation.

Splash protection : designed for installation in environments that may be exposed to moisture or occasional splashing.
