The MasterShunt 500 battery controller gives you precise information on the status of your batteries, such as voltage, current, runtime and charge level in percent. Thanks to an intelligent connection system, the MasterShunt 500 can be easily connected to DC distribution. The integrated system clock and command-based events make your system automatic according to your needs.
The MasterShunt also features an integrated, robust main fuse that can safely withstand short-circuit currents of up to 20 kA.

MASTERVOLT- MASTERSHUNT 500 BATTERY CONTROLLER
The MasterShunt 500 is the central element of any battery-powered energy system. It communicates battery data to other MasterBus, CZone or NMEA 2000 compatible equipment : battery chargers, inverters/chargers and displays.
By automating your entire system, MasterShunt optimizes comfort, increases battery life and prolongs autonomy.
The battery controller has benefited from new improvements to enhance the precision and control of your devices . By taking account of the battery's specific characteristics, the MasterShunt 500 ensures optimum data reliability.
The MasterShunt 500 simplifies the selection of fuses, their ratings and locations. The battery controller features an internal busbar, which can be used in conjunction with an external fuse holder. If the MasterShunt is placed close to the battery, the bus bar can be replaced by an ANL or Class T main fuse, saving space and reducing costs.
