AUTOMATIC RELEASE SUPPORT CAT. I

The Ocean Signal EPIRB3 Pro SeaSafe beacon is supplied with a category 1 self-releasing mounting bracket.

If the user is unable to reach the EPIRB3 Pro beacon during a shipwreck, it is automatically released from its casing via a hydrostatic release once a certain depth (4m) has been reached.

Once on the surface, the EPIRB3 PRO activates automatically and starts broadcasting a distress message.

It can, of course, be triggered manuallyUsing a buttonProtected by a cover to prevent tampering and false distress calls.

There is also a version with manual triggering, EPIRB3.
