The RS20S Simrad is a compact yet extremely powerful VHF. The RS20S has all the features you'd expect from a fixed VHF, such as DSC, dual and triple watch, channel 16 and NMEA0183/2000 connections.

VHF RS20S

The VHF RS20S features a rotary selection knob for quick channel changes. The buttons dedicated to channel 16 provide instant access to the emergency channel, and are located both on the radio's front panel and on the four-button remote microphone.

A long press on the channel selector button takes you into My Channel mode. In this mode, you can scroll through only your favorite channels using the rotary channel selector.

Monitor all available channels or just your favorites. All monitoring modes offer the option of prioritizing emergency channels, to limit the risk of missing any distress calls or other urgent safety messages.
