ADVANCED GPS AND NAVIGATION FEATURES

The Terrova2 80 lbs features an enhanced GPS with several navigation modes accessible via the wireless remote control. Depending on your planned route or fishing technique, you can choose from the following functions:

• Drift: Maintains the boat’s course and speed without a floating anchor.
• Tracking: Follows contours defined on Humminbird based on depth, the seabed, or vegetation.
• Evasion: Temporarily switches to manual steering without losing the current route.
• -Spot Lock & Jog: Holds the boat at a GPS position and allows you to slightly adjust that point.
• AutoPilot: Follows a route defined on your screen.
• Back: Retraces a previously traveled route, up to 3 km.
• Circle: Navigates the boat around a defined point to explore the area.
• iTracks & Track Offsets: creates, saves, and tracks navigation tracks.
• Routes: creates routes connecting waypoints and Spot-Lock positions.

This allows you to stay at a fishing spot using Spot-Lock, follow a saved track, or head to another area. Once the mode is selected, the engine automatically handles the corresponding navigation.

WIRELESS REMOTE CONTROL

The Terrova2 80 lbs GPS comes with the advanced Minn Kota Wireless GPS remote control featuring Spot-Lock. Lightweight and waterproof, it offers the same functions as the Co-Pilot, i-Pilot, and i-Pilot Link remote controls.

It features a 2.1" non-touch color screen, a navigation menu, and four customizable buttons: three on the front and one on the side. These buttons are configured via the One-Boat Network system.

You can directly access Spot-Lock, AutoPilot, and other features of the enhanced GPS. This remote control can also be used to operate compatible Minn Kota forward or stern electric motors.

WIRELESS CONNECTIVITY

The Terrova2 works with the One-Boat Network and can communicate wirelessly with select compatible Humminbird, and Minn Kota devices.

You can also control the motor from a compatible smartphone using the Minn Kota Fishing app. This lets you adjust settings or manage your trip without having to go to the front of the boat.

• Draw & Navigate: Draw a route that the motor can then follow.
• Humminbird: Use navigation features with compatible devices.

These features are particularly useful for following a route you’ve prepared on your device, reaching a fishing spot, or navigating between multiple areas without having to manually steer each move.

WHAT SHAFT LENGTH SHOULD YOU CHOOSE?

The correct shaft length depends on the distance between the bow of the boat and the waterline. If the shaft is too short, the propeller may partially come out of the water, especially when the boat is moving through waves.

• Measure the distance between the bow and the waterline.
• Add 30 cm to this measurement if you’re fishing in rough water.
