Spot-Lock, Auto-Pilot & Micro Remote Control

Incorporating an advanced GPS system, the Minn Kota PowerDrive GPS 55 front electric motor gives you access to the Spot-Lock function. This allows you to lock the motor to a precise GPS point, which is then autonomous to compensate for the effects of wind or current.

The Auto-Pilot function allows you to follow a set itinerary while correcting for the effects of drift (wind and current)

The Minn Kota micro remote control provides access to the main functions:

• Propeller : activates or stops the motor
• Speed control : increases or reduces motor speed
• Spot Lock : locks the position of your fishing spot with unrivalled precision and allows you to move if necessary.
• Offset Spot Lock: moves the Spot-lock position 5 feet (1.5m) forward, backward, right or left
• Autopilot mode: follows a course predefined by you on your handset Humminbird

LESS HEAT & LESS NOISE

This Minn Kota PowerDrive GPS motor features the Cool Quiet Power system.

This system dissipates heat even under extreme operating conditions. Motor components (winding, commutator) are dimensioned to generate less heat and reduce propeller rotation noise.

This not only ensures maximum discretion when approaching predators, but also, and above all, prolongs the life of the motor.

Coupled with the Digital Maximizer inverter, which regulates the motor's power output and precisely adjusts the boat's speed, your Minn Kota PowerDrive GPS front motor considerably reduces power consumption and extends the life of your battery.

Launching and lifting aid

The Minn Kota PowerDrive 55 Lbs GPS bow motor is very easy to use.

It features the Deploy Assist system, which makes it easy to lift and launch the motor. Simply press the lever to deploy the electric motor.
