Featuring an advanced GPS system, the Minn Kota front-mounted motor PowerDrive 45 GPS gives you access to the Spot feature-Lock. This allows you to lock the motor to a specific GPS coordinate, at which point it will operate autonomously to compensate for the effects of wind or current.

The Auto Feature-Pilot, on the other hand, allows you to follow a set course while correcting for the effects of drift (wind and current)

The micro-The Minn Kota remote control provides access to the main functions:

• Propeller : starts or stops the engine
• Speed Management : Increase or decrease the engine speed
• Spot Lock : Locks in the location of your fishing spot with unmatched precision and allows you to move if necessary.

LESS HEAT & LESS NOISE

This Minn Kota motor The PowerDrive 45 GPS features a motor with the Cool Quiet Power system built in.

This system allows heat to dissipate, even under extreme operating conditions. The motor components (windings, commutator) are designed to generate less heat and reduce propeller rotation noise.

This ensures maximum discretion when approaching predators, but also—and above all—extends the engine's service life.

When paired with the Digital Maximizer controller—which allows you to regulate the motor’s output power and precisely adjust the boat’s speed—your Minn Kota PowerDrive GPS bow motor significantly reduces power consumption and extends the life of your battery.

Assistance with launching and hauling out

The Minn Kota PowerDrive 45 Lbs GPS front-mounted electric motor is very easy to use.

It features the Deploy Assist system, which makes it easier to lift the motor out of the water and lower it back in. Simply press the lever to deploy the electric boat motor.

When it's time to head back, the Minn Kota PowerDrive GPS motor can be stowed just as easily and safely.

BATTERY GAUGE

A battery gauge is built right into the Minn Kota PowerDrive 45 Lbs GPS freshwater front-mounted electric motor.

This indicator light lets you see the battery's charge level and remaining runtime at a glance.

This gauge is not only extremely easy to use, but also very useful !

What is the length of the motor shaft ?

It is important to choose the correct shaft length for your Minn Kota motor based on your boat. If it is too short, the propeller will not be submerged deeply enough, and the motor will not be installed properly. Comptoir Nautique recommends:

• Measure the distance between the bow and the waterline.
• Add 10 cm to the waterline measurement for fishing in rough water.
• Add 30 cm to the waterline measurement to operate a manually controlled engine while standing in the boat.
