Isolant/scellant DURALAC Green 115 ml

A new version of the original Duralac, this is a plastic insulator and sealant used to prevent galvanic corrosion at the point of contact between two different metals, such as: aluminum cleats secured with stainless steel screws, aluminum or brass winches secured with stainless steel bolts, stainless steel mast fittings attached to the mast itself (made of aluminum) with rivets or screws, and mooring cleats paired with studs made of a different metal.

It is a yellow, chrome-free paste that is durable and flexible, designed to be applied between two metals during assembly.

Apply with a brush; do not dilute.
