Instructions :

  • Clean and degrease each surface with Soft Surface Cleaner (Ref: ET206) and allow to dry.
    Note: If you subsequently need to separate the two surfaces easily, one of them must be oiled or greased before applying Sil Pack.
  • Extrude a continuous bead onto the surface as required
  • Press the two surfaces together until the desired joint can be removed.
  • This product is not recommended for continuous immersion in acids or hydrocarbons. Swelling may occur with pure glycols or undiluted coolants.

Recommendations :

  • Do not use for joints deeper than 10mm.
