L'Echomap Ultra 2 122sv doesn't reinvent the wheel, but features all the latest sounder technologies Garmin for the most powerful Echomap Ultra :

• Visit Chirp for ideal detection down to 240m and displays denser information sharper images in HD with a very good target separation and precise bottom tracking even at high speeds.
• Visit ClearVü provides clear images, of almost photographic quality of everything that happens under the boat. You'll be able to see structures, fish and submerged objects, view thermoclines, identify fish, reveal wrecks, vegetation and more.
• Visit SideVü offers a detailed, precise vision on both sides of the boat, facilitating prospecting and the rapid detection of structures and fish thanks to its 180° scanning field, for rapid identification of fishing areas.

ECHOMAP ULTRA 2: WIRELESS CONNECTIVITY

Visit Garmin ECHOMAP Ultra 2 offers exceptional wireless connectivity, which can be paired with a smartphone via WiFi to use the application Active Captain on iOS and Android. This feature enables bathymetric charts to be downloaded and updated, and above all, two echo sounders to be connected Echomap Ultra 2 (and Echomap UHD 2) between them.

With this configuration, imagine a first wired sounder at the stern, connected to your transducer, while a second sounder at the bow wirelessly receives the sounder view from the first via WiFi. This flexibility allows you to fish from all sides of the boat while keeping an eye on either screen.

WiFi features include :

• Transmission of Waypoints, Routes and Sonar Display points of interest and saved routes can be transmitted wirelessly from one device to another. The sounder view can be displayed on any Echomap Ultra 2 or UHD 2 connected via WiFi.
• Visualization Commune both echo sounders simultaneously display the same data, sounder, waypoints and routes, so you can read all the information together.
• Increased productivity eliminate the need to switch between devices to display and control information. Fishermen remain productive wherever they are on the boat.

Please note: the Wifi sharing function does not include the LiveScope sounder, which must be shared via ethernet cable.

THE HELM FUNCTION ON ECHOMAP ULTRA 2

The function HELM, now available on Echomap Ultra 2, offers features similar to those of GPSMap. By enabling wireless connection of your fishfinder Garmin Echomap Ultra 2 to a compatible smartphone or tablet via the Active Captain, hELM opens up a whole range of possibilities.

With HELM, you can :

• View and control your devices from Active Captain: No need to be at the helm, you can remotely adjust settings, check the itinerary or assess fishing conditions from your smartphone or tablet.
• Save your screen capture key moments of your session and share them with others-then share them in MP4 format with your community and friends.
• Taking screenshots (Screenshots): Immortalize the highlights of your day and share them on social networks.

HELM offers total flexibility, freeing users from the physical constraints of the helm and enabling effective control and sharing of sailing and fishing experiences in the palm of the hand.

QUICKDRAW CONTOURS FUNCTION

The software Quickdraw Contours instantly generates hD fishing cards, now you can create your own maps without any special skills. This feature is now available to everyone.

With theEchomap Ultra 2 122sv, you can store up to 8,000 km² of Quickdraw Contours maps, with bathymetric curves displayed every 30 cm.

By connecting your device to Wi-Fi via the free ActiveCaptain app, you can download maps or share your own. What's more, you'll receive on-screen notifications of the latest new updates for your echo sounder via the application.
