The Dometic CVI1525 induction hob has been designed with the Cooking Vision modular design concept for recreational vehicles and boats . This enables the hob to be perfectly adapted to a sink, or to replace a 2-burner gas h ob of the same size.

As part of Dometic's sustainable strategy, induction hobs meet 10A/2300W power standards for safe use in boats, campsites and recreational vehicles.

	High-performance hob Built-in and stylish, the Dometic CVI1525 induction cooktop doesn't skimp on functionality. It features a touch-sensitive control panel that allows independent setting of the cooking temperature for each cooking zone. It also locks the hob. There are two independent induction cooking zones, each with a diameter of 18 cm, and we recommend using cookware with a bottom diameter of at least 14 cm. It's important to check that your pots and pans are compatible with induction cooking mode, to do this you can perform a magnetic test by moving a magnet to the base of your utensils. The Dometic hob promises ultra-fast heating and, for added safety, incorporates an automatic shut-off timer (adjustable from 0 to 99 minutes). Last but not least, this Domectic induction hob will last the test of time, with its stainless steel design and vibration resistance tested to RV standards

Heat control This Dometic CVI1525 hob features 9 independent temperature settings for each cooking zone. The following settings are provided by Dometic as a guide. The exact setting depends on the cooking utensil and the quantity of food to be cooked: 1-2: Heat small quantities of food. Melt foods that burn quickly. 3-4: Simmer slowly. 5-6: Heat slowly. Reheat. 7-8: Simmer rapidly. Cook rice. 9: Fry. Grill. Boiling water.
