	TRANSOM MOUNTING Watt&Sea Racing hydrogenerators are usually mounted directly on the transom of sailboats using the supplied mounting kit. They are raised and lowered in the same way as a dinghy rudder. As the charging power is very high, this allows the unit to be raised when the batteries are fully charged. Maneuvering is facilitated by the top-of-the-range fittings supplied: an Antal low-friction ring multiplies the effort, and a Harken cleat holds the unit in position.
