CALYPSO - NMEA CONNECT PLUS - BLUETOOTH ADAPTER

The NMEA Connect Plus is a tiny electronic box designed to work with the Calypso Ultrasonic wind vane. Featuring NMEA inputs and outputs and a Bluetooth wireless module, it extends the capabilities of your windvane.

There are 4 different housings to suit your needs:

BT0183: for connecting a Calypso Bluetooth windvane and relaying the signal as NMEA0183 + Bluetooth
BT2000: to connect a Calypso Bluetooth windvane and relay the signal in NMEA2000 + Bluetooth
W2000: to connect a wired Calypso windvane and convert the NMEA0183 signal into NMEA2000 + Bluetooth
HIGHEND : converts the signal from any Calypso windvane (Bluetooth or wired) to NMEA0183, NMEA2000 and Bluetooth

All models also feature an integrated wifi server for access to the settings page from any device with an internet browser, and a USB port for firmware updates.


	WITH A WIRELESS WINDVANE NMEA Connect Plus converts Bluetooth signals into NMEA information, enabling wind data to be sent to displays or an autopilot. The windvane behaves just like a traditional wired windvane, but can still be consulted on a cell phone! Another advantage: thanks to NMEA Connect Plus, you can connect 2 Bluetooth-enabled tablets to the same windvane, which is not possible with the windvane alone. Ifa Wifi multiplexer is available, you can connect the NMEA Connect Plus to this multiplexer, and thus receive Wifiwind data from several mobiles/tablets, while circulating them in the NMEA network.

WITH A WIRED WINDVANE If you don't have a wifi multiplexer and want to receive data on a mobile or tablet, you can install NMEA Connect Plus to relay NMEA information via Bluetooth to the mobile. In this way, NMEA Connect Plus acts as a kind of"Bluetooth multiplexer", with the possibility of connecting 2 devices at the same time.
