The speedo loch sensor provides reliable and accurate surface speed indication at-above 2 knots. It also enables you to calculate the distance covered by your boat and the water temperature.
It is designed with an impeller system which, on contact with the water, transmits speed and water temperature information directly to the display via the cable (supplied).

NASA - LOCH SPEEDO SENSOR WITH SHELL PASS-THROUGH
This sensor is supplied with a hull pass-with a height of 63 mm, a hole diameter of 41 mm and an internal diameter of 31 mm. The-hull pass-through is supplied without obturator plug. The sensor is compatible with many CLIPPER and CRUISER displays.
