RAYMARINE - VERTICAL AIRBORNE SENSOR - PROVIDES PRECISION
Easilymounted and removed from the masthead, the T222 wireless sensor provides a corrected angle with a memorized value for the windvane's mechanical offset. This correction is essential for correct display of apparent wind angle and true wind direction.
The long, rigid 1.35 m carbon pole enables the sensor to be positioned more than a metre above the masthead, outside disturbed wind fields. With its very low inertial motion and high responsiveness, this sensor is the ideal tool for sailors wishing to capture instantaneous variations in wind direction.
Made from carbon fiber, this lightweight sensor has a 300-hour battery life.
